At ReformA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or tested cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused products in their original boxes and ensure they are safely packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
